The climbing refresher is a 2 hour session that will go over all the knowledge you need to climb safely with us.  

 

We cover knots, belaying, PPE, other equipment and basic movement. When we are finished you will get a membership card that allows you to come and use the wall without supervision. (Although we will always be on hand to help if needed.)

 

The course costs £15 and is designed for those who have climbed in the past and/or have other relevant experience and aims to bring them back up to date with their knowledge. If you are a complete novice at climbing we recommend our Beginners Course.
